Lance directs Gettysburg Master's Commission, a 9-month discipleship/internship ministry that is equipping young adults for service in their churches, in their profession and in their communities.  He also oversees Freedom Valley Leadership School, an extension site of Valley Forge Christian College that offers the accredited college courses necessary to prepare the student for successful ministry and for ministry credentialling with the PennDel District of the Assemblies of God.  Finally, Lance leads Freedom Valley's Mission Ministry, bringing to the team over 15 years of missions experience and a passion for reaching those that don't know Christ with the incredible story of Jesus' love.

Lance lives in the Gettysburg area with his three children, Hannah, Isaiah, and Jeremiah.

Jeremiah and Cori lead one of our newest sites called "The Intersection", an exciting place where faith and creativity meet!  His heart for restoring Godly creativity is clearly seen in his passion for the arts and excellence in worship to his Father God.  Jeremiah is also on the executive team where he is involved in worship arts, pastoral care, and many other facets of the overall community at Freedom Valley.

Cori (Keller) Herbert leads our exciting Center of the Arts ministry, involving drama productions, dance, drama and musical instruments training, and voice instruction.

Charity has been attending Freedom Valley for about 15 years, and came on staff as a volunteer three years ago.  She now leads the worship and media ministry at the York Road site. 

Charity loves coffee, Monty Python, the color purple, and learning.  She is passionate about seeing leaders develop their gifts and talents, and wants to see significant change in our society during her life.

Candace leads the Kids Ministry at Freedom Valley York Rd. Her passion is to see children fall in love with Jesus, empower them to be leaders, and reach out to the families in our community! Aaron leads a band and ministry called I Am History. They reach out to the hardcore and metal music community through Christian lyrics and messages! Pastor Jeff grew up in northeastern PA and felt called into the ministry at the age of 12.  In 2004 he married his wife Leah and is the proud parent of Dominic, Titus and Cammy.  After graduating from Valley Forge Christian College in 2006, he felt called to serve at Freedom Valley Worship Center.  Currently Jeff is leading Freedom Valley's site in Hanover, PA (www.fvsh.org), and oversees the pastoral care needs of the church body.

Pastor Robbie has led the Red Lion site (Family Worship Center) since September 2006. Their vision is developing, but includes a desire to see the Holy Spirit change lives and build leaders. The Red Lion site uses video teaching in every other service, and live preaching the other weeks, to offer a connection to the larger body.

Started attending Freedom Valley in February 2006. Came on staff as the book keeper in April 2006.

Also is the leader of the The Meeting Place site in West York which started public meetings in November 2008

Lana leads our discipleship ministry called School of The Word,  providing small group learning and fellowship experiences of all kinds to the body. More than half of the total body is involved in one or more of her groups. Tom oversees our Television Outreach ministry and together they provide oversight and incredible leadership to our Stewardship Team, as well as serving the body as Elders.

Wayne is our Freedom House Director, leads Third Place coffee shop ministry, is involved in our Finance Team, and serves on the Campus Management Team.

Lorrie is our office manager and Pastor Gerry's administrative assistant. She is a profoundly efficient leader of volunteers and extremely productive worker.  They have two sons.

Wendy and Keith lead the Rebuilders Ministry, which is an amazing suite of helping opportunities for marriages to be healed, strengthened, established, and sweetened.

Brandy and Vaughn lead the Shining Stars and Therapeutic Riding Ministries, which provide special services to our handicapped friends during the Sunday 9AM worship service. The riding ministry also provides licensed therapy for handicapped patrons in our corral outside. Her husband Vaughn leads our technical teams providing audio/ visual and recoding support for the Saturday evening 7pm service. Vaughn also leads a very special site called Cowboy church.
