Healthy people are connected people. These groups represent our system of connecting with each other, ministering to one another, and being there in crisis for one another. Because life happens to everybody sooner or later, but it's the connected ones that thrive through it all. So I encourage you to connect! Choose a group in which to serve, and a group in which to receive. Some meet monthly, weekly or occasionally, but all represent ways to connect. Your life will grow because you did.

Growth Groups are Freedom Valley's groups of 15-17 people who meet together each week all over the community to learn the Bible, share interests, grow together, and have fun meeting new people!

Growth Groups are comprised of:

• Discipleship Groups—includes School of the Word classes, Bible Studies, Home Groups, etc.
• Ministry Teams—includes Ushers, Greeters, etc.
• Specialty Groups—includes Evangelism Team, Motorcycle Riders, Fast Track, etc.

There are four main reasons to join a Growth Group:

1. Weekly Bible study or spiritual discussion will help you grow in your faith.
2. Prayer from others helps you get through tough times.
3. Meet new friends in a community where everyone is looking for great new connections!
4. Have fun with other people who are going through the same things that you are.

Join us for a few weeks and take some time to learn something new and make some friends without feeling like you are signing your life away. There are so many groups to choose from! We are pretty sure that there is one that is just right for you.
